You'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number. Click it to follow your parcel in real time.

Delivered to You

Your order arrives. If you're not in, your carrier will leave a card with redelivery or collection options.

Delivery FAQ

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Get in touch as quickly as possible at contact@thelazeecamper.co.uk. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update it. Once it's with the carrier we're unable to redirect it.

What if I'm not home when my parcel arrives?

Your carrier will attempt redelivery and leave a card with instructions. Most carriers will also let you redirect to a neighbour, safe place, or collection point through their app.

My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?

Tracking can occasionally take 24 hours to update after dispatch. If it's been longer than that, drop us an email and we'll look into it straight away.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes! We deliver all over Europe. Mainland Europe delivery is available for a flat £20 and typically takes 3–7 working days. If you have any questions about delivery to your country, feel free to get in touch.

What if my item arrives damaged?

That's the last thing we want. Take a photo of the damage and email it to us at contact@thelazeecamper.co.uk. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible — no awkward returns process.

Can I collect my order?

Yes! We do offer collection. Just reach out to us before placing your order and we'll arrange it for you.
